Light steel keel is made of high-quality cold-rolled continuous hot-dip galvanized coil as raw material, and is produced by cold-bending process, with a thickness of 0.5mm-1.5mm.
HRC Hercules, light steel keel with advanced technology and excellent quality, fully meets the national standard GB 11981-2008.

The advanced rolling process ensures complete stress release during keel processing, ensures that the ceiling and partition walls are not cracked due to stress deformation, and the dimensional accuracy, straightness and flatness of the product are well maintained.
◆Excellent corrosion resistance
The raw materials are specially customized continuous hot-dip galvanized steel strips, which have strong adhesion of the zinc layer, good flatness of the plate, high galvanizing amount, and the double-sided galvanizing amount exceeds 120 g/m2, which has super corrosion resistance.
